- Accurately and efficiently enter data
- Retrieve, update and verify data
- Investigates requests to resolve processing errors and/or out of balance
- Processing adjustments and settling accounts
- Ensures client satisfaction and productivity standards are achieved
What you bring to the job?
- Intermediate/Advance MS Excel
- Speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Able to meet the deadline
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
